Your mission & challenges 

  • Define test concept and test specifications for sensor systems in robotics according to functional and safety requirements
  • Analyze safety norms and state-of-the-art testing approaches to define appropriate test environments and measurement equipment
  • Work closely with safety experts, hardware and software developers and architects to ensure that our sensor systems are qualified / fully tested
  • Plan and execute data acquisition and validation campaigns for functional testing for Safe Human Detection
  • Coordinate work of suppliers for verification / validation

What we can look forward to 

  • Knowledge in requirements engineering and experience with requirements management tools like DOORS or Polarion
  • Experience in test engineering or in general verification / validation of technical systems in robotics, automotive, avionics or similar domains
  • Background and development experience in one or several areas of HW or SW development, esp. in real-time or safety-critical systems is a plus
  • Knowledge in (technical) project management is a plus
  • Knowledge and programming skills in one or several programming or scripting languages (C++, Python, Matlab) is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong collaborative mindset, willingness and ability to work effectively in agile teams
