Launch and Shape a RoboGym
NeuraGym is our new AI-robotics training centre where partners teach robots at scale - from the MAiRA arm to the 4NE-1 humanoid.
The Facility support and logistics Manager ensures the smooth operation, safety, and upkeep of buildings. Responsibilities include handling minor repairs, coordinating technical facility matters with landlords, maintaining cleanliness and order, and supervising external contractors. The role also involves supporting departments with manual tasks, managing small transport and maintenance needs, and acting as a contact for occupational safety.
Your mission & challenges
- As a caretaker/facility manager (human), you are responsible for the smooth operation of our facilities.
- You will carry out minor repairs in the building.
- You will manage the technical aspects of the facilities in close coordination with the landlord.
- Ensuring the safety, order, and cleanliness of the premises and buildings is part of your job.
- You will coordinate and supervise external maintenance work, including the involvement and supervision of contractors.
- You will serve as the point of contact for occupational safety experts.
- You will be the main contact person for departments that require manual labor (e.g., minor repairs, moving and cleaning work, small transports).

- Completion of an apprenticeship in a technical or manual profession or equivalent qualification
- Ideally, you have extensive professional experience in building services engineering, facility management, as a service technician, or as a caretaker.
- Practical skills, team spirit, and a friendly nature are essential qualities.
Class B driver's license - Good German and English skills are a plus, as are PC skills, to complete your profile to support us in the future.
