Your mission & challenges 

As a Quality Engineer, you are responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards throughout all phases of product development and the production process. You work closely with various departments to ensure the quality of hardware components, drive process improvements, and achieve continuous optimization. In this role, you actively contribute to quality assurance, quality control, and the successful implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Your main responsibilities include:

Quality Assurance and Control:

  • Conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Testing and Validation:

  • Creating and executing test plans for hardware components.
  • Monitoring burn-in and performance tests.
  • Collaborating with development teams to validate new designs and updates.

Supplier and Production Quality:

  • Assessing and auditing suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials.
  • Implementing statistical process controls (SPC) and conducting process capability studies.
  • Working with production teams to resolve quality-related issues in manufacturing.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Creating and maintaining detailed quality documentation, including test reports, risk assessments, and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identifying trends and proactively suggesting optimizations for processes and designs.

What we can look forward to

  • A completed degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in quality management and development areas.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality standards and methods (ISO standards, Six Sigma, SPC).
  • Experience with quality tools such as FMEA, 8D, and root cause analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
