Your mission & challenges: 

We are looking for an ambitious Quality Engineer who, with technical expertise, a hands-on mentality, and an innovative spirit, will take our product quality to the next level and help us build scalable, future-proof processes together.

 

Your responsibilities include:

Quality Assurance & Control:

  • Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Testing & Validation:

  • Develop and execute test plans for hardware components.
  • Monitor burn-in tests and performance tests.
  • Collaborate with development teams to validate new designs and updates.

Supplier & Production Quality:

  • Evaluate and audit suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials.
  • Implement statistical process control (SPC) and conduct process capability studies.
  • Work closely with production teams to resolve quality-related issues in manufacturing.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Create and maintain detailed quality documentation, including test reports, risk assessments, and Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (FMEA).


Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify trends and proactively propose process and design improvements.

 

What we can look forward to: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in quality management and development environments.
  • Solid knowledge of sensors, actuators, control systems, robotics, and programming (e.g., Python/C++).
  • Experience in the analysis and measurement of electronic and mechanical components.
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards and methodologies (ISO standards, Six Sigma, SPC).
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant standards (ISO 9001).
  • Experience with quality tools such as FMEA, 8D, and root cause analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
