Your mission & challenges: 
As ESG Manager for Sustainability Strategy and Reporting, you will be responsible for developing and managing NEURA Robotics’ ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) strategy. You will work closely with management and various stakeholders to ensure that our sustainability goals are implemented worldwide.
Your tasks include:

• Developing and managing the sustainability strategy and ESG measures in close cooperation with the management.
• Coordinating global sustainability projects and ESG initiatives, from planning to implementation.
• Working on the further development of our ESG software solution to efficiently collect data and create sustainability reports.
• Sustainability reporting: You will oversee ESG reports, define KPIs and analyze ESG data according to CSRD and ESRS standards.
• Monitoring ESG ratings and coordinating cooperation with rating agencies. Ensuring that our ESG reports and sustainability targets are communicated professionally to investors and stakeholders
• Analyze and evaluate regulatory requirements (e.g. CSR guidelines, ESG guidelines) and derive and implement recommendations for action within the organization.
• Contact person for auditors and for ESG-related questions from internal and external stakeholders.

What we can look forward to: 

• Experience in sustainability reporting and ESG analysis, sustainability management or environmental and climate protection.
• Knowledge of CSRD and ESRS and ideally of CSR requirements and ESG regulations.
• Experience in dealing with investors and communicating ESG targets.
• Business fluent in German and English.
• High level of initiative and analytical thinking.
