Welcome to NEURA Robotics, the innovator of the robotics world. Our goal is to equip collaborative robots with groundbreaking cognitive capabilities to enable safe and intuitive collaboration with humans. Under the leadership of founder David Reger, we have spent the first years of NEURA Robotics laying the foundations for humans and robots to work hand in hand.

"We serve humanity" is not just a motto, but our mission. Become part of our ambitious, international company and shape the future of robotics with us.

Welcome to NEURA Robotics - where innovation meets team spirit.

Your mission & challenges

As the Manager Ecosystem Integration & Certification, you play a key role in shaping our NeuraVerse into an intelligent, connected, and high-quality ecosystem. You ensure that partner solutions – from hardware to software – are technically integrated, validated, and certified to perfection. In this role, you work closely with Engineering, AI, Quality Management, and Product teams to ensure that every integration meets our highest technological and quality standards.

You bring structure, precision, and innovative thinking together: You coordinate integration and certification processes, define standards, and create the technical foundations that enable partners to successfully integrate their solutions into the NeuraVerse. At the same time, you actively drive the evolution of our integration and quality guidelines, ensuring that our ecosystem sets benchmarks in reliability, performance, and compatibility.

Your main tasks include:

  • Technically integrate external partner hardware and software components into the NeuraVerse
  • Define, develop, and ensure adherence to integration, testing, and quality standards
  • Manage and document testing, certification, and approval processes
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, AI, Product Management, and Quality teams on system validation
  • Support partners with testing, data integration, and compliance requirements
  • Continuously improve guidelines and processes for integration, quality, and approvals

What we can look forward to

  • Completed degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a comparable field
  • Experience in system integration, quality assurance, or technical project coordination
  • Solid knowledge of robotics, AI, and peripheral systems
  • Analytical thinking, structured working style, and strong quality orientation
  • Team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel for regular client meetings

What you can look forward to

  • Become part of an agile company, actively shape topics and benefit from flat hierarchies in a highly motivated team
  • Enjoy an attractive salary, flexible working hours and 30 days of vacation
  • The freedom to contribute your own ideas and drive them forward
  • Celebrate successes together with company events
  • Take advantage of our corporate benefits program
  • And even more fun with great colleagues
