Welcome to NEURA Robotics, the innovator of the robotics world. Our goal is to equip collaborative robots with groundbreaking cognitive capabilities to enable safe and intuitive collaboration with humans. Under the leadership of founder David Reger, we have spent the first years of NEURA Robotics laying the foundations for humans and robots to work hand in hand.
"We serve humanity" is not just a motto, but our mission. Become part of our ambitious, international company and shape the future of robotics with us.
Welcome to NEURA Robotics - where innovation meets team spirit.
Your mission & challenges
As a Test Systems Engineer (Human), you will develop innovative testing concepts and systems for our sensor products and seamlessly integrate them into our manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for the technical design, implementation, and ongoing support of test systems – from prototype to series production. By analyzing the collected measurement data, you will identify optimization potential and make a significant contribution to the quality and efficiency of our production.
Your main tasks include:
- Develop and design test and measurement technologies for sensors across the entire product lifecycle
- Conceptualize, build, and commission test benches and automated test systems for production
- Integrate test systems into existing manufacturing processes and systems
- Develop test procedures and functional tests in close collaboration with product development and manufacturing
- Analyze and evaluate measurement and test data to optimize processes and identify root causes of defects
- Support and continuously improve existing test systems in series production
- Select and qualify appropriate sensors, measurement technologies, and software solutions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams from development, production, quality assurance, and IT
What we can look forward to
- Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, physics, automation technology, or a comparable field
- At least three years of professional experience in the development and implementation of test and measurement systems, ideally in sensor or electronics manufacturing
- Knowledge of test process automation and data analysis (e.g., using Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW, or similar tools)
- Experience with common interfaces and systems (e.g., OPC UA, MES, PLC) is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking, structured working style, and excellent problem-solving skills
- Team player with strong communication skills and a high level of quality awareness
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
What you can look forward to
- Become part of an agile company, actively shape topics and benefit from flat hierarchies in a highly motivated team
- Enjoy an attractive salary, flexible working hours and 30 days of vacation
- The freedom to contribute your own ideas and drive them forward
- Celebrate successes together with company events
- Take advantage of our corporate benefits program
- And even more fun with great colleagues
