Your mission & challenges: 

You will take ownership of our supply chain and ensure seamless coordination between logistics, production, and procurement. With your technical background, you will design material flows, optimize processes, create layouts, and manage the entire procurement process through to contract management. Acting as a key interface between manufacturing and logistics, you will ensure our operations are efficient, transparent, and future-ready.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Independently plan, manage, and optimize logistics processes from material procurement to final delivery
  • Create and maintain logistics layouts and process flows, and coordinate interfaces with production and manufacturing
  • Manage the entire procurement process within the logistics area, including supplier selection, quotation comparison, negotiations, and contract management
  • Identify efficiency potential and implement process improvements
  • Conduct technical analysis of supply chains, material flows, and production requirements
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth material and information flow

 

What we can look forward to: 

  • Completed degree in logistics, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in logistics planning, procurement, and contract management
  • Strong technical understanding of production and manufacturing processes
  • Proficient in ERP systems and common logistics software
  • Analytical mindset, structured working style, and strong communication skills
  • Experience coordinating interfaces between logistics and production is an advantage
  • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
