Welcome to NEURA Robotics, the innovator of the robotics world. Our goal is to equip collaborative robots with groundbreaking cognitive capabilities to enable safe and intuitive collaboration with humans. Under the leadership of founder David Reger, we have spent the first years of NEURA Robotics laying the foundations for humans and robots to work hand in hand.
"We serve humanity" is not just a motto, but our mission. Become part of our ambitious, international company and shape the future of robotics with us.
Welcome to NEURA Robotics - where innovation meets team spirit.
Your mission & challenges
As a Data and IT Architect Smart Enterprise, you will actively shape the digital transformation of our production environment from the ground up. Your mission is to design and implement scalable data and IT architectures that enable intelligent, connected manufacturing – with direct integration into the NEURAVERSE. You will focus on seamless and semantically enriched data integration to link production data in context and make it easily accessible for smart applications.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing a consistent, scalable data and IT architecture – including the integration of production into the NEURAVERSE.
- Linking product, machine, process, and context data across the entire enterprise – for example, using knowledge graphs to enable flexible and automated queries.
- Ensuring seamless data flows between MES, ERP, PLM, and cloud platforms.
- Integrating manufacturing equipment, robotic systems, and IIoT devices for real-time data acquisition and processing.
- Developing digital twins and semantic data models to optimize production processes and product development.
- Collaborating closely with hardware and software development, IT, and robotics teams across disciplines.
- Evaluating and implementing emerging technologies such as AI/ML, semantic interoperability, and data lakes.
What we can look forward to
- Completed degree in electrical engineering, production engineering, computer science, or a comparable technical qualification.
- In-depth knowledge of digital factory planning, automation technology, and process visualization.
- Experience with digital twins, robotics, and modern manufacturing technologies.
- Knowledge in data analysis, big data management, and conversion into smart data.
- IT affinity as well as experience with Industry 4.0 technologies and IIoT systems.
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate interdisciplinarily.
- Fluency in German and English.
What you can look forward to
- Become part of an agile company, actively shape topics and benefit from flat hierarchies in a highly motivated team
- Enjoy an attractive salary, flexible working hours and 30 days of vacation
- The freedom to contribute your own ideas and drive them forward
- Celebrate successes together with company events
- Take advantage of our corporate benefits program
- And even more fun with great colleagues
