Welcome to NEURA Robotics, the innovator of the robotics world. Our goal is to equip collaborative robots with groundbreaking cognitive capabilities to enable safe and intuitive collaboration with humans. Under the leadership of founder David Reger, we have spent the first years of NEURA Robotics laying the foundations for humans and robots to work hand in hand.

"We serve humanity" is not just a motto, but our mission. Become part of our ambitious, international company and shape the future of robotics with us.

Welcome to NEURA Robotics - where innovation meets team spirit.

Your mission & challenges

  • Creation of Technical Drawings: Prepare detailed and manufacturing drawings for humanoid and service robots, considering technical requirements and standards.
  • Defining Fits and Geometric Tolerances: Ensure that all drawings include relevant technical parameters and meet accuracy and functionality requirements.
  • Bill of Materials (BOM) Management: Create and manage BOMs to support manufacturing and procurement, acting as the interface between development and purchasing.
  • Development of Assembly Drawings and Instructions: Design structured assembly drawings and clear instructions for the manufacturing and assembly of components.
  • Nice to Have – FEM Simulations: Perform Finite Element Method (FEM) simulations to analyze material strength and select suitable materials for components and assemblies.

What we can look forward to

  • Completed training as a Technical Drafter or a comparable qualification in mechanical engineering, ideally with a focus on robotics.
  • Solid experience with CAD software, ideally CREO.
  • Several years of experience in defining fits and geometric tolerances.
  • Experience in creating BOMs and assembly drawings.
  • Basic knowledge of FEM simulations for strength analysis is a plus.
  • Strong technical understanding and the ability to visualize complex technical concepts.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills, along with an independent and precise working style.
  • Experience with standards and technical regulations is an advantage.
  • English language skills.

What you can look forward to

  • Become part of an agile company, actively shape topics and benefit from flat hierarchies in a highly motivated team
  • Enjoy an attractive salary, flexible working hours and 30 days of vacation
