Your mission & challenges
You build the NEURA Brand Store from the ground up and develop it into a technological flagship with international impact. The vision is to bring together brand, experience, robotics, and dramaturgy in one place that people talk about. In doing so, you create a scalable brand store concept that can be rolled out internationally. You take full responsibility for the store—from its initial setup and staging to its ongoing operations—while also driving its strategic development and performance management. You actively contribute to shaping and refining the store concept.

You develop compelling storytelling that clearly communicates the “Why NEURA” message.

You design sessions, show formats, and interactive experiences, and develop partnerships with brands to create an emotional and impressive customer journey.

You build a scalable experience format that creates lasting value for both visitors and partners.

You define key KPIs such as visitor quality, conversion, partner impact, and experience score, and take responsibility for achieving them.

You establish a data-driven management model and drive the strategic development of the Brand Store, with a strong focus on international expansion.

You build and successfully lead the store team, play a key role in selecting the Lead Store Operations Manager, and work closely with them. In this role, you take on the strategic responsibilities and build a scalable structure.

You manage external agencies and partners with the clear objective of building internal know-how and enabling the store to be developed independently in the future. To achieve this, you work closely with Marketing, PR, and Event Planning.

You take full ownership of the Brand Store—from performance and further development to external representation—and actively drive its scaling and growth with an entrepreneurial mindset.
