Your mission & challenges

Understand system requirements and solution contexts, and derive structured system-level test cases and corresponding test steps

Execute automated and manual system tests, analyze results, and identify functional issues or performance bottlenecks

Document, track, and communicate defects in a structured manner, collaborating closely with development and system engineering teams to support timely resolution

Create and maintain test documentation, test reports, and user-oriented guides

Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of test frameworks and test environments to increase efficiency and test coverage

Work closely with system and software engineers to ensure robust testing of software components and overall system stability

Proactively identify opportunities to improve testing methods, tools, and processes, and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
What we can look forward to
- Master’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline
- This position is well suited for career starters or early-career engineers (strong motivation to learn through hands-on work, 2–3 years of industry experience is an advantage)
- Basic to solid programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git)
- Interest in system-level testing of complex, interdisciplinary systems (software, hardware, and interfaces)
- Structured, analytical working style and good communication skills
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is required. German is a plus, but not mandatory; willingness to learn German is expected
