Your mission & challenges 

  • Understand system requirements and solution contexts, and derive structured system-level test cases and corresponding test steps

  • Execute automated and manual system tests, analyze results, and identify functional issues or performance bottlenecks

  • Document, track, and communicate defects in a structured manner, collaborating closely with development and system engineering teams to support timely resolution

  • Create and maintain test documentation, test reports, and user-oriented guides

  • Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of test frameworks and test environments to increase efficiency and test coverage

  • Work closely with system and software engineers to ensure robust testing of software components and overall system stability

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve testing methods, tools, and processes, and contribute ideas for continuous improvement

What we can look forward to 

  • Master’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline
  • This position is well suited for career starters or early-career engineers (strong motivation to learn through hands-on work, 2–3 years of industry experience is an advantage)
  • Basic to solid programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript
  • Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git)
  • Interest in system-level testing of complex, interdisciplinary systems (software, hardware, and interfaces)
  • Structured, analytical working style and good communication skills
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) is required. German is a plus, but not mandatory; willingness to learn German is expected
