Scrum Master (Human)
Your mission & challenges:
In our team, you will take on a key role in implementing and optimizing agile processes. You are not only the facilitator for Scrum meetings but also the coach who supports the development team and drives it to peak performance:
- Facilitation of Scrum meetings such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coaching the team in agile practices and methods to maximize productivity and remove obstacles.
- Supporting the Product Owner in creating and prioritizing the product backlog and ensuring the team understands the requirements.
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the team.
Working with the team to identify and manage technical debt and ensuring it is addressed in the sprints. - Supporting the implementation of best practices in quality assurance, e.g., through test automation and continuous integration.
- Assisting the team in handling the complexity of robotics projects by breaking down tasks into manageable units.
- Promoting collaboration between various disciplines such as mechanics, electronics, and software development.
What we can look forward to:
- Several years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role in a technical environment or in robotics.
- Deep understanding of agile methods and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Excellent coaching and team facilitation skills.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience working with interdisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English and ideally also in German.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical contexts clearly.
