Your mission & challenges:
The successful candidate will be working in a cutting-edge startup environment helping define the security, resiliency, and scalability of our infrastructure to support bringing disruptive robotic technology to the market.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT service desk agent to join our rapidly growing robotics company. You will have the opportunity to work in a thriving environment, fully equipped with high-end, state-of-the-art computers.
As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for providing continued support to our diverse workforce, made up of individuals from more than 25 distinct nationalities. With your problem-solving and communication skills, you will be able to efficiently resolve the technical issues reported by our users and contribute to upholding our smooth operations.
Working within our modern multi-cloud environment, you'll have the potential to grow personally, enriching your career and technical prowess. You’ll gain invaluable experience with interconnected cloud applications, opening multiple avenues to expand your competencies and skill set.

Provide first line support for any technical issues and problems related to computer systems, hardware, and software.

Get involved in the automated configuration and smooth operation of our ever-growing fleet of Linux and Windows Workstations

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot outages

Assist staff with the installation, configuration and ongoing usability of system hardware and software

Test new software and hardware configuration
What we can look forward to:

Proven experience as a service desk agent, IT technician, or other customer support role

Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills

Proficiency in Windows and Linux-based operating systems

Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products

Experience with remote troubleshooting and issue resolution

Very good communication skills in English (spoken and written)

Dedication and team spirit

Strong attention to detail with an ability to document technical information

Professional conduct

Driver’s license EU class B optional
