Your mission & challenges
As a Production Technician, you will take on a key role in the mechanical and electrical assembly of our robotic systems and ensure that every component is manufactured precisely, integrated correctly, and operates reliably.
Your main tasks include:
- Assemble mechanical and electrical components as well as complete robotic systems according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Integrate and wire mechanical and electrical components into fully functional units.
- Perform quality and functional tests on assemblies and robotic systems to ensure flawless execution and verify that all defined requirements are met.
- Document occurring errors, create precise error reports, and actively support systematic troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.

You are a technology enthusiast who wants to change the world for the better. You are passionate about your work, driven by a problem-solving mentality and have the following skills:
- A completed technical vocational training, for example as an Industrial Mechanic or Mechatronics Technician, enabling you to confidently work with technical drawings, bills of materials, and assembly instructions.
- Interest in mechatronic systems as well as modern automation and robotics technologies.
- Ideally, further training as a Technician or Master Craftsman.
- Professional experience in automation or robotics is an advantage.
- Experience in wiring and electrical installation, as well as knowledge of quality assurance and testing procedures for electromechanical assemblies, is a plus.
- A professional attitude combined with a careful and well-structured working style.
- Enjoyment of teamwork, a strong service orientation, and the ability to stay organized in demanding situations.
- Confident communication skills in spoken and written German; English skills are an advantage.
