Your mission & challenges:
You are responsible for transferring innovative designs from the prototype phase to mass production. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and efficient production process.
Your tasks include:
- Developing and refining prototypes according to design specifications.
- Collaborating with manufacturing teams to scale prototypes into production-ready designs.
- Optimizing designs for assembly and providing precise documentation.
- Conducting tests and quality assurance to ensure product reliability.
- Precise and detailed creation of documentation (production, drawings, bills of materials, manufacturing files, etc…)
What we can look forward to:
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with design teams and production engineers.
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, preferred EPlan (cabling) and Altium (electronics)
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and techniques.
- Ability to analyze and restructure manufacturing data.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
- Problem-solving skills for production transitions.
- Fluent English skills.
- Project management skills for efficient execution of production preparations.
- Experience in conducting failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).
- Proven experience in product development from conception to production.
