Your mission & challenges:

In our team, you will take on a key role in the development and optimization of mechanical systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success from conception to production.

  • Develop detailed free-form models for metal and plastic components.
  • Oversee the casting process and ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and simulations to optimize design performance.
  • Utilize software tools and techniques to create complex, non-linear shapes and designs (surface modeling).
  • Perform simulations and analyze the behavior of materials and designs under various conditions using FEM software.
  • Apply processes such as sand casting, die casting, and investment casting for metal parts, as well as plastic casting methods including injection molding, blow molding, and thermoforming.
  • Ensure manufacturability and efficiency in design.
Conduct FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) to identify and mitigate potential issues.
  • Develop advanced mechatronic systems with multiple degrees of freedom.
Manage complex product developments from conception to production phase.

What we can look forward to:

  • Proficiency in surface modeling: Expertise in using software tools and techniques to create complex, non-linear shapes and designs.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (Computer-Aided Design), preferably SolidWorks.
  • Understanding of material properties, selection, and behavior under different manufacturing processes and conditions.
  • Ability to excel in highly dynamic environments, effectively balancing competing priorities and adhering to strict timelines.
  • Fluent written and oral English language skills.

What you can look forward to:

  • Become part of an agile company, actively shape topics and benefit from flat hierarchies in a highly motivated team
