Your mission & challenges 

In this role, you support the Humanoid team in coordinating the development of innovative robotic systems. You act as a central interface between mechanical engineering, robotics, and cross-functional teams, ensuring projects progress efficiently and transparently.

You combine technical project management with structured operational support, helping drive mechanical development from concept to delivery, ensuring projects stay aligned with company goals, timelines, and quality standards. Your main tasks include:

  • Support the planning and execution of mechanical development projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved
  • Coordinate mechanical engineering activities across robotics, electronics, and software teams
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource tracking
  • Identify project risks and proactively propose mitigation strategies
  • Act as a central interface between engineering teams, management, and stakeholders
  • Prepare technical updates, reports, and presentations for leadership
  • Organize design reviews, technical meetings, and engineering planning sessions
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the Mechanical Engineering Team Lead (calendar, priorities, meeting preparation)

What we can look forward to 

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related technical field
  • Experience in engineering project management, mechanical development, or technical coordination
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a structured working style
  • Ability to work across cross-functional development teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with project management tools(e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana) is a plus
  • Professional English and German (B2–C1)
