Your mission & challenges: 
As the Manager CEO Communications (human), you will be responsible for the organizational and operational management of all public communication channels for our CEO, David Reger. Your main tasks include:

• Monitoring and managing the social media channels of our CEO, David Reger
• Coordinating the preparation and follow-up of the CEO's public appearances, interviews, and events
• Identifying priorities and coordinating responses with the support of the content team and PR agency
• Publishing and tracking posts provided by the content team
• Planning ahead and maintaining the monthly communication calendar
• Providing monthly reports on the CEO's positioning development, as well as highlights and learnings in communication
• Collaborating on strategic projects within the CEO's office, with a particular focus on communication

What we can look forward to: 

• Several years of experience in communications or PR, ideally with a focus on social media and public relations
• Excellent language skills and the ability to adapt to a broad stylistic spectrum
• Proficiency in both German and English
• Experience in managing and maintaining social media channels, especially LinkedIn
• Familiarity with text and image editing software, particularly MS Word and Adobe Photoshop
• Enjoyment of creative freedom and independent work, as well as the ability to keep up with the pace of a rapidly growing scale-up
• Willingness to travel to participation in events for reporting purposes
