Your mission and challenges:

You will play a crucial role in the successful management and control of funding projects. Your tasks include:

• Actively participating in tenders for new funding projects and ensuring a successful application.
• Regularly preparing target/actual comparisons to monitor project progress and ensure that time and budget targets are met.
• Support project management in the commercial management of funded projects, including the preparation of financial reports and budget planning.
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with applicable funding guidelines and conditions.
• Providing information on funding conditions and management to internal and external stakeholders.
• Preparation of forecasts for annual planning, including short, medium and long-term investment projects and potential grants

What we are looking forward to:

• Initial experience in grant management.
• Confident handling of administrative processes and excellent organisational skills.
• Optional knowledge of the current funding landscape at state, federal and EU level.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Business fluent in German and good written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication skills to communicate confidently and seriously with all stakeholders.
