Your mission & challenges 

As the personal driver to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you take on a position of great responsibility at the heart of our company. You ensure that our CEO always arrives safely, punctually, and reliably at every destination – whether it’s an important business meeting, conference, or site visit within Germany or abroad. If you bring strong organizational skills, discretion, and a passion for driving at the highest level, then you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

Your main tasks include: 

  • Responsible execution of driving duties for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as part of his professional obligations
  • Reliable and punctual transportation to internal and external business meetings, conferences, and company sites within Germany and, if required, across Europe
  • Ensuring the company vehicle is always in perfect working and presentable condition, including cleaning, refueling, maintenance, and coordination of service appointments
  • Providing logistical support within the daily operations of the executive office (e.g., document deliveries, pick-ups)
  • Willingness to work flexible hours

What you can look forward to 

  • Several years of professional experience as a driver in a high-level or executive environment, ideally within a board or management context
  • Valid Class B driver’s license and a clean criminal record
  • Strong sense of responsibility, loyalty, and discretion
  • Well-groomed appearance and confident, courteous demeanor
  • Excellent driving skills and a calm, professional driving style, even under time pressure or in demanding traffic situations
  • High degree of flexibility and resilience, with a willingness to work flexible hours
  • Proficient in written and spoken German and English
