Your mission & challenges
Together, we are taking the step into a new era of cognitive robots:

Analyse, assess, and implement requirements arising from IT Regulations for our products (e.g. Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), EU Data Act, and NIS2 Directive,...)

Lead compliance projects, working in close partnership with internal departments (like IT, R&D, and Legal) as well as external stakeholders (such as certification bodies)

Monitor current and upcoming regulatory developments in IT Regulations, including relevant standards and regulations from key economic regions

Prepare policies, processes, and documentation to ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements

Conduct internal training and awareness initiatives

Support audits, certifications, and external inquiries related to compliance topics
What we can look forward to

University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Law, IT Security, or a comparable field

Solid knowledge in cybersecurity, data protection, and/or IT compliance (ideally with experience in CRA, Data Act, NIS2, or related regulations)

Experience with standards including IEC 62443 series, ISO/IEC 27000 series, IEC TS 63074, IEC TR 63069, and ISO/TR 22100-4 is highly desirable

Professional experience in a regulated environment, preferably in technology, robotics, or manufacturing

Analytical thinking skills, structured approach, and experience in project management

Excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with diverse stakeholders

Fluent in written and spoken German and English
