Welcome to NEURA Robotics, the innovator of the robotics world. Our goal is to equip collaborative robots with groundbreaking cognitive capabilities to enable safe and intuitive collaboration with humans. Under the leadership of founder David Reger, we have spent the first years of NEURA Robotics laying the foundations for humans and robots to work hand in hand.

"We serve humanity" is not just a motto, but our mission. Become part of our ambitious, international company and shape the future of robotics with us.

Welcome to NEURA Robotics - where innovation meets team spirit.

  • Development, design, and construction of CFRP structural components for humanoid robot systems
  • Responsibility for lightweight construction concepts, taking into account stiffness, strength, and dynamics
  • Selection of suitable fibers, matrix systems, and laminate structures
  • Definition and evaluation of manufacturing processes (e.g., prepreg, autoclave, RTM, infusion)
  • Performing and interpreting structural and strength analyses (analytical & FEM)
  • Close cooperation with simulation, manufacturing, electronics, and system design
  • Supporting prototype construction, testing, and validation
  • Supporting industrialization and transition to small-scale to series production
  • Technical documentation and knowledge transfer within the team

What we can look forward to

Must-have:

  • Several years of experience in the field of CFRP/fiber-reinforced plastics
  • Very good knowledge of:
    • Laminate structure & fiber orientation
    • Load path-oriented design
    • Failure mechanisms of composites
  • Experience with CFRP design guidelines and design methods
  • Confident use of CAD systems (CREO, SolidWorks, NX)
  • Experience with structural simulation (FEM) of composite components
  • Knowledge of composite simulation (e.g., Abaqus, Ansys, HyperWorks)
  • Understanding of high-load mechanical and dynamic applications
  • Good knowledge of German or English

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with joining techniques (bonding, hybrid joints, inserts)
  • Expertise in testing methods for CFRP components
  • Experience with series or small-batch production

What you can look forward to

  • Become part of an agile company, actively shape topics and benefit from flat hierarchies in a highly motivated team
