Your mission & challenges 

As a Production Engineer (Human) you actively contribute to the development and optimization of manufacturing processes to enhance both efficiency and quality in production.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Development and improvement of manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and quality
  • Automation of complex manufacturing systems to enhance efficiency
  • Design and further development of tools and manufacturing equipment
  • Implementation and validation of measurement and testing technology for quality assurance
  • Creation of methods for signal acquisition and processing
  • Support in the development of new production technologies and manufacturing processes
  • Close collaboration with research and development as well as production for the implementation of new solutions

What we can look forward to 

  • Completed degree in mechatronics, measurement and testing technology, or a comparable engineering qualification
  • In-depth knowledge of automation technology and tool construction
  • Experience in production-related development and implementation of technical solutions
  • Analytical and structured working style with strong technical understanding
  • Ability to collaborate across disciplines between development and production
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
