Your mission & challenges: 
In our People & Culture team, you will play a key role in recruiting the best talent for our development areas in hardware, software and AI. Your tasks will include:

• Ensuring a positive application experience for all candidates, regardless of the outcome of the application process.
• Promote our employer brand and present our company as an attractive employer, participate in industry events and build a network of tech talent
• Work closely with our Hiring Managers to identify the exact requirements and qualifications for open positions.
• Utilise various platforms and networks (LinkedIn Talent Solution, GitHub, etc.) to identify and approach potential candidates.
• Screen and evaluate incoming applications, conduct initial interviews and pre-select candidates.
• Evaluate technical skills and cultural fit of candidates, including conducting reference checks and negotiating contract terms.
• Use recruitment data and metrics to analyse the effectiveness of our recruitment strategies and produce reports for management.
• Adapt recruitment strategies based on feedback and the changing needs of the organisation and provide ongoing training.

What we can look forward to:

• several years of experience in tech recruiting, ideally with a focus on hardware, software and AI.
• a deep understanding of the IT industry and specific technologies
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in active sourcing and building a talent pool
• Expertise and experience in the target groups relevant to our development areas
• High level of creativity and the ability to develop innovative recruitment strategies
• Fluency in German and English, additional language skills are an advantage
• Experience in robotics or related industries such as automation is helpful.
