Your mission & challenges:
In our People & Culture team, you will play a key role in recruiting the best talent for our development areas in hardware, software and AI. Your tasks will include:
- Ensuring a positive application experience for all candidates, regardless of the outcome of the application process.
- Promote our employer brand and present our company as an attractive employer, participate in industry events and build a network of tech talent
- Work closely with our Hiring Managers to identify the exact requirements and qualifications for open positions.
- Utilise various platforms and networks (LinkedIn Talent Solution, GitHub, etc.) to identify and approach potential candidates.
- Screen and evaluate incoming applications, conduct initial interviews and pre-select candidates.
- Evaluate technical skills and cultural fit of candidates, including conducting reference checks and negotiating contract terms.
- Use recruitment data and metrics to analyse the effectiveness of our recruitment strategies and produce reports for management.
- Adapt recruitment strategies based on feedback and the changing needs of the organisation and provide ongoing training.
What we can look forward to:

- several years of experience in tech recruiting, ideally with a focus on hardware, software and AI.
- a deep understanding of the IT industry and specific technologies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in active sourcing and building a talent pool
- Expertise and experience in the target groups relevant to our development areas
- High level of creativity and the ability to develop innovative recruitment strategies
- Fluency in German and English, additional language skills are an advantage
- Experience in robotics or related industries such as automation is helpful.
