Your mission & challenges: 

Are you passionate about innovation and eager to play an active role in shaping research projects? Then become part of our team and help us coordinate and implement exciting development projects.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Request Handling: Responsible for processing inquiries related to research projects, primarily submitted by universities or research institutes.
• Alignment: Coordination of research topics with development departments and the company’s strategic direction.
• Work Package Development: Preparation of a detailed work plan to ensure effective project execution.
• Cost Calculation: Performing cost calculations for various projects to ensure budget compliance.
• Project Drafting: Creating project outlines and descriptions that serve as the basis for funding applications.
• Coordination: Responsible for coordinating interim reports and fund requests during project implementation.
• Controlling: Monitoring and evaluating the progress of research topics with regard to time, budget, and goal achievement; early identification of deviations and initiation of appropriate corrective actions.

What we can look forward to: 

• Basic knowledge and interest in project coordination; initial experience in project work is desirable but not mandatory.
• Interest in funded research projects and the associated administrative processes.
• Basic knowledge in the fields of robotics and artificial intelligence (AI) is an advantage but not required.
• Familiarity with the fundamentals of cost and performance accounting as well as relevant business administration knowledge is desirable.
•  Technical understanding and interest in modern technologies.
